The Madelyn

We very rarely build spec homes, but when we have this has been a popular floorplan. The Madelyn was built in the Riverwalk Subdivision of Eagle, ID in 2017. This is a 3 bedroom +office/ 3 Bath / single story home with a large RV Bay. This was one of our favorite projects and it featured a fun dog wash station.
